West Line Village Brings Attainable Priced Homes to Lakewood

Lakewood, Colo. – DIRC Homes and Trailbreak Partners announced that Phase 2 sales at West Line Village, a transit-oriented development (TOD) located at W. 10th Avenue and Depew Street in Lakewood, Colorado, began on January 10, 2018. The highly anticipated, attainably priced community anticipates model home completion and delivery of its initial completed homes in summer 2018.

Housing, arts space slated to replace Boulder's 42-year-old Bustop strip club

At the northwestern tip of Boulder, on the lot that's currently home to the Bustop Gentlemen's Club, developers intend to knock down the strip club's building and construct in its place 53 affordable housing units and 3,000 square feet of artist space

"We're talking with various groups in north Boulder that will help program the uses" for the 3,000 square feet of arts space, said Allison, whose project team includes local affordable housing group Thistle and Dan Rotner with Boulder-based RHAP Architecture and Planning.
